Lucie specialises in working with young, difficult and often misunderstood horses (and humans) and gets great pleasure from supporting them through all stages of training, from being able to just get on and walk round the school confidently to taking part in their first competition and beyond.
She always puts the horses welfare at the forefront of all her training and has a unique ability to read both horse and rider and gently push them to achieve their best whilst ensuring that neither is pushed beyond their current capabilities.
She is able to draw on a wealth of experience from the years that she has been both riding, competing and training a whole variety of horses and riders and to think outside the box when required, to enable both horse and rider to reach their goals, whatever they may be.
Her unique combination of personal experience, practical qualification and her empathy towards both the horse and rider makes her an exceptional coach and an asset to anyone wanting to progress.
Testt® Coaching Sessions
The Testt® process is a unique system designed to quickly and effectively identify rider asymmetries, and as a certified Coach Lucie can help you understand and remedy these asymmetries, with the help of some simple exercises and proprioception tools.
Testt® has been developed over the past 20 years by Andy Thomas, and has been used on over 14,000 riders from novice to Olympic and World Champions in all disciplines

Schooling and Competition Livery
Lucie is able to offer both short term holiday/schooling livery and longer term competition/sales livery at her base Fosshey Stables.
Your horse will be cared for as one of her own and she is happy for you to come and visit anytime.
She can also offer intensive training packages for just a few days to help iron out any issues you might have or just progress your training.

Standard Lessons
Lucie can offer private individual lessons in an indoor school at her base, Fosshey Stables in Antrobus, Cheshire.
£45 for liveries at the yard and £50 for non liveries
She is also happy to travel to you at your yard, but costs will vary according to distance.
Clincs
Lucie is available to host clinics for either private/group lessons or Testt® sessions both at her base in Cheshire or at your own yard/hired venue anywhere in the UK, or abroad. For upcoming clinic dates please click here
She is an enthusiastic, friendly and technically skilled coach who would love the opportunity to help develop your riders regardless of their experience level. All sessions can be personalised to match the riders individual preferences and needs.
She is also a BD Youth coach and assessor.
